Sab nraud hom metering tank: tag nrho 4 m3 Sulfuric Acid Storage Yas Tank (3 ntiv tes) ntev pas nrig twj tso rau hauv lub twj tso kua mis grouting, txuas nrog lub taub dej tiv thaiv cov yeeb nkab (roj yeeb nkab) los ntawm cov yeeb nkab.
Muaj ob lub inlets ntawm cov av nkos tank, uas feem ntau txuas nrog lub pas dej tsis sib haum ntawm lub vibrating npo (ze ntawm qhov zawj ntawm lub vibrating screen ntawm cov channel nyob rau hauv cov vuam kev taw qhia ntawm cov kua replenishment chaw nres nkoj, thiab nruab lub qhov rooj tswj, lub cev ntas. yog 100 mm), lub inlet yeeb nkab sib koom ntawm lub desander (tshwj tsis yog lub qhov chaw nres nkoj ua kua replenishment ntawm cov kua inlet yeeb nkab ntawm sander yog welded rau lub ntsuas tank, thiab lub qhov rooj tswj yog ntsia), cov av nkos qhov hluav taws xob (cov kua qhov hluav taws xob yog welded rau circulatingSulfuric Acid Storage Yas Tank, thiab kev tswj valve yog ntsia, thiab kev coj khaub ncaws yog 100 mm), thiab ntsuas ntsuas. Thaum drilling yuav tsum tau ntim nrog av nkos, lub grouting twj tso kua mis metering tank av nkos yuav dhau los ntawm cov raj xa dej hauv lub qhov dej, thiab tom qab ntawd cov ntaub ntawv ntim cov twj tso kua mis tuaj yeem nyeem los ntawm kev ntsuas qhov ntsuas qhov ntsuas. Thaum drilling, lub qhov dej yog siv los ua cov av nkos rov qab, thiab cov av nkos qhov hluav taws xob tau nruab rau hauv lub pas dej shaker tsis, thiab cov av nkos tau raug txhaj rau hauv lub ntsuas dej, thiab tom qab ntawd cov ntaub ntawv ntawm cov av nkos rov qab tuaj yeem nyeem los ntawm kev ntsuas qhov ntsuas. scale ntawm lub scale. Thaum cov av nkos tau txhaj rau hauv lub qhov dej, yog tias tsis muaj av nkos hauv lub metering tank, cov av nkos yog siv los ntawm cov twj tso kua mis desander xuab zeb los ntxiv cov av nkos hauv lub metering tank.
Thaum lub taub dej rov qab mus rau lub tank av nkos, xws li Sulfuric Acid Storage Plastic Tank, lub qhov tso tawm tau qhib tag nrho, thiab cov av nkos ntau dhau tau qhib. 2-cycle qub metering tank: Conical tank, xav tau rau txhua pab pawg raws li kev sib txuam tuaj yeem suav tag nrho cov nyiaj. Polypropylene PP metering tso tsheb hlau luam tau muab tso rau hauv cov twj tso kua mis, cov twj tso kua mis thiab lwm hom.
